Montreal, Quebec. - (MARKETWIRE) - April 03, 2008 - Legacy Mining Ltd. (OTCBB: LEYM) reports that the Company will change its name to Legacy Wine & Spirits International Ltd. to reflect its new business direction.

This name change will not involve a change in the issued or authorized capital of the Company.

The Company will be announcing several joint ventures with parties currently doing business in the wine and spirits industry in China.
